Run for Kids

Tags: , ,

Our dear friends Archie Louis and Steve Turner are driving forces behind the important charity KidSport. I will be participating in the 8K charity run in Victoria October 9th leaving the Marathon and Half-Marathon to more hardy knees and hips.

I would be grateful if you could contribute something to spur me on and help kids who can’t, because of financial reasons, play sports.

(After clicking on the this link contribute something to spur me on, tick Donate Toward a Team or Individual's Goal, enter my name Paul Summerville in the space provided, click Search, and do your best!)

Thank-you

Twin Virtues: Inequality of Outcomes & Equality of Opportunity©

To read the book proposal please click on 'About The Book' on the menu bar at the top of the page.

Ultimately, the most successful societies find the balance between the twin virtues of inequality of outcomes and equality of opportunity.

Tax policy should be founded on the principle of generating steady tax revenues sufficient to maximise sustainable economic growth and fund best in class instruments of social justice.

Public policy should never be designed to decrease inequality but should always be designed to increase equality.

Let the state regulate and the market operate (most things).

Welfare strategies are best designed as a hand up not as a hand out.

Find your voice and don't be the echo of somebody else.
